📝 2 - Brief Description

The integration of LiraX Phone with KeepInCRM allows you to make and receive calls directly in the CRM via a Chrome extension.

When a call comes in, the system automatically opens the contact card or creates a new contact if one doesn’t exist yet.

All call information and call recordings are stored in the contact card.

⚙️ 3 - Step-by-Step Instructions

3.1 - Settings in LiraCRM. Enable the integration

Go to “Administration” → “Settings” → “Configuration” → “Chrome Extension Integration Settings”
